Under our policy of continuing to look for new audiences for park homes on behalf of our advertisers, our techie guys were asked to modify our existing search directories to enable a surfer on a manufacturer’s web site to look for, either one of their models or a vacant plot to site one on, within the Park Home Living and Just Lodges web sites and yet keep their own corporate identity. The result is that if a park has uploaded either an Homeseeker park home or an Advent Holiday Lodge for sale, they will also show up in a search on the appropriate manufacturer’s web site. If a park uploads an available vacant plot, then they will appear on all the manufacturer’s web sites. A surfer also has the ability to fill in a contact form for further information, which goes direct to the park, either by email or fax. A park can sell a ‘buy to let’ investor in the knowledge that they can recommend a website that is dedicated to the lodge and log cabin holiday industry. The ‘buy to let’ investor will have a clear alternative to advertising, rather than currently within the cottage/apartment rental market. Entry on to the new website will be for both individual lodge/log cabin owners and the park owners. The justlodgeholidays.com website will list the individual lodge or log cabin with an abundance of photographs and information giving the surfer a much clearer indication of the accommodation on offer before they book.
